NY Festivals Radio Awards deadline extended

Radio stations can still enter the New York Festivals International Radio Program Awards with a late entry fee of ten percent, despite the March 19 deadline having passed.

One of the world’s most respected radio trophies, it honours content in all lengths and formats from radio stations, networks and independent producers from around the globe.

Categories include News Programs, On-Air Talent, Programming Format, Morning Drive Programming and Audio Podcasts.

This year, Best Nonfiction Series, Best Student Journalist and Travel & Tourism Documentary and Podcast categories have also been introduced.

The awards enlist jurists from all over the world with some of the most recognisable voices and captivating programming producers in the industry.

Entries are judged on production values, organization, presentation, creativity, and use of the medium.

Finalists will get the chance to go for the awards ceremony on June 23 at Manhattan Penthouse in New York City.
