Media Prima Radio Networks, which owns Fly Fm, Hot FM and One FM, has claimed the largest social media presence for radio in Malaysia.

Although overall listenership of the stations declined year-on-year between April and June, its online fan following has grown higher than its competitors, it said in its Investor Report for the first quarter of the year

Together, the three group stations had the highest number of followers on Facebook at 2.86 million.

Of these, Hot Fm with 2.12 million and One FM with 521,750 Facebook fans were the highest among their competing stations.

The group also claimed to have the largest Twitter following of 1.35 million.

Hot FM and One FM once again topped other stations with 1.21 million and 7577 followers respectively.

Group stations were also at the top on Instagram, with 96,413 followers.

These are the only stations to have an official account on Line instant messaging service with 495,383 followers of Hot FM, 193,217 of Fly FM and 234,067 of One FM.
