MediaCorp appoints Chief Commercial Officer

MediaCorp Singapore named Jack Lim as its Chief Commercial Officer on Tuesday.

In his newly created role, Lim will head the company’s Commercial Division while reporting to Shaun Seow, Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

He will oversee all commercial relationships and develop a marketing strategy integrating the company’s portfolio of TV and radio, press, magazines, and out-of-home and digital properties.

Prior to this, Lim was in charge of media and affiliate sales and marketing at Sony Pictures Television Networks Asia for six years.

Earlier, Lim has held regional leadership positions in marketing, brand and communications in GE, IBM and CNBC.

Lim’s appointment is effective from September 1.
